Bought and sold a home in 2021.

Although, as a FLA real estate agent, Dana does not buy/sell in the MA market, her guidance about how to find a reliable, hard-working agent to sell my home up north was invaluable. Her advice about the possibility of doing a 1031 exchange, and her guidance about where to get solid tax advice of the pros and cons helped me make that decision. Working with Dana is a dream. She knows her stuff – the ins and outs of the St Pete/Clearwater real estate market, and how to get things done that seem impossible. Dana found an amazing house for my sister a few years ago and helped her negotiate a great deal, so when I started my search for a retirement home, Dana was at the top of my list. The more I work with her, the more I trust her advice and the more I understand why my sister so strongly recommended her to me. I am looking for a very particular living situation and, as an out of state buyer, it is good to know that she won’t forget about me just because I am not in the area.
